妊娠期糖尿病患者血清Hcy、INS、APN和VEGF检测的临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨妊娠期糖尿病患者血清Hcy、INS、APN、VEGF水平的变化及临床意义。方法:应用放射免疫分析、免疫法和酶联法对31例妊娠期糖尿病患者进行了血清Hcy、INS、APN和VEGF检测,并与35例正常孕妇作比较。结果:妊娠期糖尿病患者血清Hcy、INS、VEGF水平非常显著地高于正常孕妇组(P<0.01)。而血清APN水平非常明显地低于正常人组(P<0.01)。血清APN水平与Hcy、INS、VEGF水平呈负相关(r=-0.3924、-0.4012、-0.5784,P<0.01)。结论:检测妊娠期糖尿病患者血清Hcy、INS、APN和VEGF对患者的病情判断、临床诊断和疗效观察均有显著的临床意义。Objective To explore the clinical significance of determination of changes of serum Hcy,INS,APN and VEGF levels from diabetes with stages of pregnancy.Methods Serum Hcy（with immune method）,serum INS（with RIA）,serum VEGF（with ELISA） levels were measured in 31diabetics,and 35 normal pregnant woman as controls.Resulte Serum Hcy,INS and VEGF levels were significantly higher than those in controls（P0.01）.While the serum APN level was markedly lower（P0.01）.Serum APN level was markedly lower（P0.01）.Serum APN level was negatively correlated with serum Hcy,INS,VEGF levels（r=-0.3924,-0.4012,-0.5784,P0.01）.Conclusion Detection of serum Hcy,INS,APN and VEGF levels might be useful laboratory items for clinical diagnosis,predicting and therapeutic effects in diabetics with stages of pregnancy.
