血清Lp(a)及血浆D-D水平与冠状动脉粥样硬化心脏病患者病变程度的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨冠状动脉粥样硬化心脏病患者血清脂蛋白(a)[Lp(a)]及血浆D-二聚体(D-D)水平与冠状动脉病变程度关系。方法:经冠状动脉造影确诊的冠状动脉粥样硬化心脏病患者66例和正常对照组50例,检测两组血清Lp(a)及血浆D-D水平。根据冠状动脉粥样硬化心脏病患者的Gensini积分,分为(1～30)分组、(31～90)分组及>90分组,并分析各组与血清Lp(a)及血浆D-D的关系。结果:冠状动脉粥样硬化心脏病组血清Lp(a)及血浆D-D与正常对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),相关分析显示,冠状动脉病变程度与血浆D-D、血清Lp(a)呈正相关。结论:冠状动脉粥样硬化心脏病患者冠状动脉病变程度与血清Lp(a)及血浆D-D显著相关,血清Lp(a)及血浆D-D应用于冠状动脉粥样硬化心脏病的早期诊断和治疗具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the relationship between serum Lp（a）,plasma D-D and the severity of coronary heart lesions in patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease（CAHD）.Methods Confirmed by coronary angiography in patients with coronary heart disease of 66 patients and healthy control group of 50 cases,detect two groups of serum Lp（a）,plasma D-D levels.According to Gensini integral of CAHD,divided into 1-30,31-90 and 90 groups,and analysze the correlativity of each group and serum Lp（a）,plasma D-D.Results CAHP group serum Lp（a）,plasma D-D compared with the healthy control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）,correlative analysis showed that the degree of coronary artery lesion and serum Lp（a）,plasma D-D were positively correlated.Conclusion The severity of coronary artery lesions in patients with CAHD were significantly related to serum Lp（a） and plasma D-D.Plasma D-D and serum Lp（a） can be applied for early diagnosis of CAHD and treatment is of great significance.
