中性粒细胞CD64的表达对重症手足口病患儿的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨中性粒细胞CD64的表达对重症手足口病患儿的诊断价值。方法:选择在我院住院的手足口病初诊患儿共134例,其中重症组为52例,普通组为82例,应用流式细胞术测定中性粒细胞CD64,同时测外周血C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞及分类。结果:重症组CD64水平为(14.11±9.08)平均荧光强度(MFI),明显高于一般感染组(10.75±3.88)MFI(P<0.05),以CD64≥10.5MFI为阳性标准,CD64在重症组的阳性率为51.9%,普通组患儿为10.9%,两者阳性率有统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论:中性粒细胞CD64的表达适用于重症手足口病感染病情的监测,而且还可作为抗生素应用的依据。Objective To explore the clinical value of expression of peripheral blood neutrophil CD64 in children with severe hand-foot-mouse desease（HFMD）.Methods 134 patients were divided into two groups,severe group has 52 patients and ordinary group has 82 patients,using flow-cytometry determination of CD64,C-reactive protein（CRP）,white blood cell（WBC） count and precentage of neutrophil estimation of each patient.Results The expression of CD64 in the patients with severe group was（14.11±9.08）MFI.Which was significantly higher than that in the ordinary group（10.75±3.88）MFI.These markers were considered positive if CD64≥10.5MFI.The positive rate of the severe group is 51.9%,which of the ordinary is 10.9%,there is statistical significance between two groups.Conclusion Expression of peripheral blood neutrophil CD64 can be applied monitoring the pathosis of severe hand-foot-mouth disease,it can also be used as the basis for application of antibiotics.
