建筑工程抹灰开裂空鼓的防治措施

摘　　要：在我国以往的民建工程的建设过程中，粘土砖一直是主要的建筑材料，所以与此相应的以外墙水泥砂浆抹灰加外墙涂料的基本装饰的做法也一直被厂’泛的应用于各种民用建筑工程中。但是随着我国对建筑材料市场的整改，将粘土砖强制退出市场后，该方法在同新型的加气混凝土砌块结合的过程中，出现了一系列质量问题．主要表现为抹灰面层大面积空鼓开裂。不仅影响工程观感，严重的还会危及住户的居住安全。所以，下文中笔者将结合自己的工作经验，仅就普通混合砂浆施工方法，谈谈如何从工程的管理上预防和治理这类施工问题。In the previous building project in china, clay brick has been the main building material, the corresponding exterior wall decoration process also has been widely used in all kinds of civil building engineering. But with the market rectification for building materials market, after clay brick forcing to withdraw from the market, this method appear a series of quality problems during using new aerated concrete block, the main problem is large area hollowing and crack. This not only influences the project beautiful, the serious thing is that can endanger residents living security. So, the author talked about how to prevent and control this kind of construction problems from project management, according to his experience.
