多功能亚麻湿纺细纱机牵伸罗拉的选材和热处理工艺的研究

摘　　要：牵伸罗拉是亚麻湿纺细纱机的核心部件。由于湿纺细纱机需要长期在高温和高湿的条件下运行,因此,对罗拉的防锈、耐磨、硬度等方面均有很高要求,本项目的实施解决了这一问题。The drawing roller is the key part of the flar wet spinning frame.Because the wet spinning frame must be used in the condition of high temperature and high humidity for long time, the high demands are put forward on the rust-proof, wear-resisting and hardness of the draft roller,which the problem has solved by carrying on the project.
