摘　　要：浅析了水利水电工程档案形成的特性和档案的管理。通过某引水水源保护工程建设项目的档案管理工作实例,分析了水利水电工程建设项目特性和工程建设过程中形成文件材料的特性。分析了由大量的工程前期文件材料;多专业工程报告和图纸;众多合同协议和工程运行前期基础文件所形成的水利水电工程档案的特性。提出了工程档案管理领导重视与工程建设进度同步,形成完善的档案管理制度,档案管理人员深入现场等具体档案管理措施。This article takes the archives management of a water source protection project as an example,and analyzes the project management feature and the property of documents in the process of construction.It analyzes the archive features of water conservancy and hydropower project through large amount of preparation documents,professional engineering reports and drawings,numerous contract agreement and basic files of project operation,and puts forward detailed archives management measures such as synchronization with construction progress,forming perfect archives management system,and management staff working at the project site.
