高效液相色谱法测定唇齿清胃丸中大黄素和大黄酚含量

摘　　要：目的建立测定唇齿清胃丸中大黄素和大黄酚含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,Agilent Zorbax XDB-C18色谱柱（4.6mm×150mm,5μm）;流动相：甲醇-0.01%磷酸（80∶20）;流速：1.0mL.min-1;紫外检测波长：254nm。结果大黄素和大黄酚线性范围分别为0.01078~0.4312μg、0.02315~0.9260μg范围内呈良好的线性关系（均为r=0.9999）,平均回收率分别为98.7%、99.4%（n=9）,RSD=1.5%、RSD=1.2%。结论本方法操作简便,结果准确、可靠。OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of Emodin and Chrysophanol in Chunchiqingwei pills by HPLC.METHODS A Zobax XDB-C18column was used.The mobile phase was Methanol-0.01% phosphoric acid（80∶20） and the detection wavelength was 254nm.RESULTS The linear range for Emodin and Chrysophanol was 0.01078~0.4312μg、0.02315~0.9260μg（r=0.9999）,the average recovery was 98.7%、99.4%（n=9）,RSD=1.5%、RSD=1.2%.CONCLUSION The method used for the determination of Emodin and Chrysophanol in Chunchiqingwei pill is simple,timesaving and accurate.
