摘　　要：以水性聚氨酯树脂和多异氰酸酯固化剂为主要原料,制备了水性双组分聚氨酯防锈漆,并检测了涂料的性能指标。检测结果表明:该涂料的各项性能指标均达到可用于金属表面涂装的标准要求。讨论了成膜树脂、固化剂用量、防锈颜料和流变助剂对涂料性能的影响。A waterborne two component polyurethane antirust paint was prepared by using water based polyurethane resin and polyisocyanate curing agent as the main raw materials, and the performance index of the paint was tested. The testing results showed that the performance index of the paint has reached standards requirement for metal surface coating. The influences of film forming resin, amount of curing agent, antirust pigments and rheological additives on the paint properties were discussed.
