摘  要:以6个家蚕品种为材料,研究了抗保幼激素"金鹿三眠素"对不同蚕品种的三眠化诱导效果,并比较分析了茧丝品质的差异。结果表明,三眠蚕的诱导效果、发育经过与蚕品种及处理时期密切相关,表现为二化性杂交品种优于多化性品种,中系原种优于日系原种;诱导三眠蚕的茧丝质成绩因蚕品种和处理时期而不同,三龄处理区与四龄处理区之间存在显著差异,其春蚕和秋蚕茧丝纤度最细分别可1.199 dtex(1.079 D)和0.892 dtex(0.803 D);秋季处理的茧质成绩不如春季,但茧丝纤度较小;在供试的6个蚕品种中,"两广二号""秋丰×白玉"和"白玉×秋丰"3个杂交品种及2个原种"菁松""皓月"适用于诱导三眠蚕,可优化调控生产不同规格的细纤度茧丝。With six races of silkworms as materials, this paper studies induction effects of trimolters induced by anti-juvenile hormone and the cocoon quality differences. The results show that induction effects and development process of these trimolters are closely related to the silkworm races and treatment period. Effects of bivoltine hybrids races are better than that of polyvotine hybrids, and Chinese races are better than Japanese races; the quality of cocoon and silk are different because of silkworm races and treatment periods, and there is significant difference between the 3 instar and 4 instar treatment groups, and the sizes of spring and autumn cocoon filament are 1.199 dtex (1.079 D) and 0.892 dtex (0.803 D); cocoon quality of autumn silkworms is not as good as that of spring silkworms, but has finer filament size; among the six tested silkworm races, three hybrid variety "Liang Guang No.2", "Qiu FengxBai Yu", "Bai Yu x Qiu Feng" and two primitive variety "Jing Song", 'Hao Yue" are more suitable to induce trimolter and regulate for producing the finest filament size silk with different standards.
