SPSS 19.0在荞麦籽壳中黄酮类成分的醇提工艺研究中的应用

摘　　要：对荞麦籽壳中黄酮类成分的醇提工艺进行了优化.采用SPSS 19.0统计软件进行实验设计和数据处理.以芦丁作为黄酮类成分的指标成分,采用反相高效液相色谱法进行含量测定.实验结果表明,乙醇回流提取法的最佳工艺条件为:A2B2C1D3,即用20倍75%的乙醇在80-85℃下回流提取3次,每次回流时间为1h.SPSS统计软件实用方便,是值得推广应用的统计软件之一.Using the orthogonal experiment to optimize the reflux extraction technology of flavonoids from shells of Tarlary Buckwheat. The SPSS 19.0 software was uesd to design the orthogonal experiment and analyze the experimental data. The concentration of Rutin was determined by High-performance liquid chromatography （HPLC）. The results showed the optimal processing parameters are the reflux extraction temperature set at 80-85 ℃, ethanol concentration was 75%, material propotion ritio was 1：20, extraction time was lh, extracting for 3 times. The SPSS statistics software is practical and convenienee.h is one of thesoftware should be widely annlied.
