蒙药珍宝丸对周围神经损伤修复术后功能恢复的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察蒙药珍宝丸对周围神经损伤修复术后功能恢复情况并评价其临床疗效.方法:本组将71例周围神经损伤修复术后患者,随机分为两组.治疗组手术治疗基础上内服珍宝丸治疗,珍宝丸每日两次,每次15粒温开水冲服;对照组手术治疗基础上内服甲钴胺治疗,甲钴胺每日3次,每次0.5mg温开水冲服,两个月为一疗程,治疗三个疗程后随诊18个月.每两个月观察比较两组肌电图感觉及运动功能恢复情况.结果:治疗组优良率为80%,对照组优良率为72%治疗组优于对照组,两组差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);恢复神经电位情况:治疗前治疗组和对照组中各组损伤神经的感觉和运动电位,其潜伏期和波幅的组间比较无显著性差异(P>0.05).治疗一个疗程后,治疗组恢复神经的感觉和运动电位,其潜伏期时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义,波幅则均显著高于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);治疗前后两组患者心电图、血尿化验常规、肝肾功能检查差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:蒙药珍宝丸治疗周围神经损伤修复术后功能恢复疗效确切.Objective： To observe Mongolian medicine Zhenbao pills on functional recovery after repair of peripheral nerve injury, and to evaluate its clinical efficacy. Methods： 71 patients after peripheral nerve repair were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group, on the basis of surgical treatment, orally took Zhenbao pills, twice a day, once took 15 pills with warm boiled water. The control group, on the basis of surgical treatment, orally took mecobalamin, thrice a day, once took 0.5mg with warm boiled water. One treatment course was 2 months, after three treatment courses they were followed up for 18 months. Every two months the recovery of sensory and motorial function in EMG of the two groups were observed and compared. Results： The excellent and good rate in the treatment group was 80%, in the control group was 72%, the treatment group was better than the control group and had statistical significance （P〈0.05）; in terms of potential of restoration nerve, before treatment, the latency and amplitude of sensory and motorial potentials of injuried nerves between the two groups showed no significant difference （P〉O.05）. After one treatment course, the latencies of sensory and motorial potential of restoration nerves in the treatment group were significantly shorter than that of control group and had statistical sig- nificance, the amplitudes were significantly higher than the control group and had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. The electrocardiogram, blood and urine routine tests, liver and kidney function tests of the two group patients before and after treatment showed no significant difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Mongolian medicine Zhenbao pill has a definite therapeutic effect on functional recover）, after peripheral nerve injury repair.
