选材方法视阈下我国赛马骑师的选材研究

摘　　要：该文主要运用文献资料法,从科学的选材方法为视阈对我国赛马骑师的选材培养问题进行探讨。研究认为教练员仅凭经验法进行骑师选材已不能适应时代要求,提出应科学、准确地运用遗传和体型、年龄、运动素质、运动心理等方法进行选材。By the method of document consultation,the article discusses the problem on selection of the jockey in China from methods of selection.It considers that selecting jockey from experience has not conformed to the requirement of the times,and suggests that the coaches should select jockey scientifically and accurately by the method of heredity and somatotype,age,sports qualities and psychology of sports.
