摘　　要：目的建立高效液相色谱法测定刺五加片中绿原酸含量的方法。方法 Zorbax SB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,0.2%甲酸-乙腈(94∶6)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长为327 nm。结果绿原酸线性范围为4.297～68.75μg.mL-1(R2=0.999 9),平均加样回收率为100.25%,RSD为0.8%。结论该方法简便、可靠、准确,可用于刺五加片中绿原酸的含量测定。Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of chlorogenic in Ciwujia Tablets. Method Zor- bax SB - C18 （4.6 mm x250 ram,5μm） column was used. The mobile phase was 0.2% methyl acid - acetionitrile（94： 6）. The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min ^- 1. The detection wavelength was 327 nm. Results The linear range of chlorogenic acid was 4. 297 - 68.75 μg · mL^- 1 （ R^2 = 0. 999 9 ）, the average recovery was 100.25% and the RSD was 0.8%. Conclusion The method was simple,reliable and accurate,and it can be used for quality control of chlorogenic acid in Ciwujia Tablets.
