摘　　要：【目的】探讨维持性血液透析患者焦虑抑郁状态及心理干预的影响。【方法】将88例行维持性血液透析(MHD)患者随机分为干预组和对照组,对干预组44例血液透析患者进行心理干预20周,干预前后分别采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)和症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行评价。【结果】两组患者干预前SAS、SDS评分无统计学意义,干预后干预组SAS、SDS评分显著低于对照组且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.0 1)。两组患者干预前症状自评量表(SCL-90)评分,无统计学意义,干预后干预组躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖因子分显著低于对照组且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.0 5或P<0.0 1)。【结论】对MHD患者进行心理干预可改善其焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高血液透析的治疗效果及生活质量。[Objective] To explore the anxiety depression state and the influence of psychological intervention in maintenance hemodialysis patients. [Methods] A total of 88 routine maintenance hemodialysis （MHD） patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group. Psychological intervention was given for 20 weeks to 44 patients of intervention group, Anxiety self rating scale （SAS）, depression self rating scale （SDS） and symptoms since the rating scale （SCL-90） were evaluated before and after intervention. [Results] The SAS, SDS score with statistical significance in two groups of patients before intervention. The SAS, SDS score was intervention group of significantly lower than those of the control group after intervention and the difference was statistical significance （P 〈 0.01）. The symptoms self rating scale （SCL - 90） score, with no statistical significance in two groups of patients before intervention, somatization, depression, anxiety, hostility and terrorist factor points of intervention group were significantly lower than those of the control group and the difference were statistical significance （P 〈 0.0 or P 〈 0.051）. [Conclusion]For patients with MHD, psychological intervention can improve the anxiety, depression, improve cure effect of blood dialysis and the quality of life.
