加味半夏白术天麻汤联合西药治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察加味半夏白术天麻汤联合西药治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的疗效。方法 将70例患者随机分为2组,对照组35例服用西比灵,并配合静滴马来酸桂哌齐特注射液;治疗组35例在对照组治疗基础上加服加味半夏白术天麻汤。结果 治疗组总有效率为94.29%;对照组总有效率为85.71%(P<0.01)。结论加味半夏白术天麻汤联合西药对椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕有较好疗效。objective To observe clinical effects of Banxiabaizhutianma decoction combined with western medicine therapy on patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency vertigo. Methods 70 cases of vertebrobasilar insufficiency vertigo were divided into two groups. 35 cases in the control group were treated with oral sibelium cooperated with cinepazide mal- eate injection; 35 cases in the treatment group were treated by oral Banxiabaizhutianma decoction based on the treatment of control group. Resets After the treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.29 % and the control group was 85.71% （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions It is quite effective to treat vertebrobasilar insufficiency vertigo with Banxiabaizhutianma decoction combined with western medicine therapy.
