摘 要:目的:研究五爪金龙总黄酮的最优工艺条件,并对其不同月份总黄酮进行含量测定;方法:通过均匀设计法优选方案,采用索氏加热回流提取法,以芦丁为对照品,采用紫外分光光度仪在406 nm波长处测吸光度,测定五爪金龙中总黄酮的含量;结果:均匀设计实验结果表明,乙醇浓度为90%,提取时间为4 h,料液比为1∶60,颗粒度为60目为最佳反应条件;不同月份总黄酮测得的平均含量为(4.8614±0.1205)%;结论:不同采收期五爪金龙总黄酮含量变化不大,适合大规模长期采收,为五爪金龙的开发利用提取提供参考。Objective: To evaluate the best extraction process for flavonoid of Ipomoea cairica, and content determination of its flavonoid with different harvest times. Methods: Flavonoid of 1. cairica was detected the content determination by uniform design test, using soxhlet extraction method with rutin as reference to measure at 406 nm wavelength. Results: The uniform design experimental results show that ethanol concentration of 90%, the extraction time of 4 hours, the solid-liquid ratio of 1: 60, and particle degree of 60 orders were the best reaction conditions for extraction; the average content of flavonoid with different harvest times were(4.8614+0.1205)%. Conclusion: There is little change of content of flavonoid from 1. cairica in different harvest times, so that I. cairica is suitabled for large-scale and long-term harvesting, which provide a reference for the development and utilization of I. cairica
