摘　　要：目的了解原发性高血压患者的健康行为，并分析其影响因素。方法采用便利抽样的方法，对100例35岁以上的高血压患者进行调查．内容包括社会人口学资料、疾病相关资料和健康行为水平。结果100例患者的健康行为得分为124～204分，64％的高血压患者具有良好的健康行为。性别、体质量指数、合并高脂血症、脉压是影响高血压患者采纳健康行为的影响因素（P〈0．05）。结论原发性高血压患者相关健康行为水平较高，并受性别等多种因素影响。为促进高血压患者建立良好的健康行为．建议加大对高血压患者的社区管理和健康教育，促进高血压的二级预防和脑卒中的一级预防。Objective To understant health behavior among primary hypertension patients and to discuss its influencing factors. Methods The survey was conducted among 100 primary hypertensive patients aged older than 35 for sociodemographic information, disease-related data and health behavior. Results The patients＇ health behavior scores ranged between 124 and 204. Of the total, 64% of them had good health behavior. Gender, BMI, hyperlipidemia, pulse pressure were influencing factors of health behavior （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Health behavior of primary hypertension patients maintains a high level, which is influenced by many factors. In order to help hypertensive patients to improve their health behavior, community management and health education should be promoted.
