重楼抗癌方对荷肉瘤S180小鼠体内抑瘤作用及生命延长作用的研究

摘　　要：目的观察重楼抗癌方对荷肉瘤S180小鼠体内抑瘤作用及生命延长作用。方法建立荷肉瘤S180实体瘤小鼠模型，随机分对照组、环磷酰胺组、重楼抗癌方高剂量组（117mg／kg．d）和低剂量组（58．5mg／kg．d），观察各组对荷肉瘤S180实体瘤小鼠抑瘤率、给药前后体重变化、生存时间。结果与对照组比较，重楼抗癌方高、低剂量组抑瘤率分别为37．83％（P〈0．05），15．71％；生命延长率分别为79．4％（P〈0．01），17．5％；环磷酰胺组虽然在抑瘤率上具明显优势达75．98％，但显著抑制了小鼠体重的增加（P〈0．05）；不同剂量重楼抗癌方对小鼠体重无明显抑制。结论重楼抗癌方高剂量组对荷肉瘤S180实体瘤小鼠有明显抑瘤作用，且能显著提高荷瘤小鼠的生存期。Objective To observe the anti - tumor activity and life extension of tumor loaded mice of Chong- Lou- kang -ai- fang,on transplanted S180 in mice.Methods S180- transplanted mice were randomized into four groups： control group, Cyclophos phamide group,high- dese Chong- Lou- kang- ai - fang group（117mg/kg.d）,low- dose Chong - Lou - kang- ai - fang group（58.5 mg/kg.d）,anti- tumor activitles,as well as changes in animal body weights and life extension were record- ed. Results Compared with the control, high- dose/low- dose of Chong- Lou- kang - ai - fang showed suppression on 37.83 %, 15.71%, and the life extension on 79.4 % （ P 〈 0.01 ）, 17.5 %, at the same time Cycluphos phamide showed the advan- tage of anti- tumor activities,showed suppression on 75.98% ,and evidenced inhibitory effects on body weights（ P 〈 0.05） ,and the diffence of dose of Chong - Lou- kang- ai - fang showed no obvious changes in animal body weights. Conclusion the high - dose Chong- Lou- kang- ai- fang group showed obvious anti - tumor activit, and prolong the life extension.
