摘  要:目的探讨肺炎克雷伯菌对亚胺培南耐药的分子机制,以指导临床合理用药。方法用KB法对肺炎克雷伯菌进行常规药敏试验,选取对亚胺培南耐药的肺炎克雷伯菌菌株,并用PCR扩增方法检测其耐药基因。结果该株肺炎克雷伯菌对大多数常规药敏试验的药物耐药,AmpC酶检测结果为阳性,而超广谱β-内酰胺酶检测结果为阴性。在耐药基因中,TEM、DHA、aac(6′)-Ⅰ、ant(3″)-Ⅰ、qacE△1-sulⅠ为阳性。结论肺炎克雷伯菌对亚胺培南耐药为多种耐药基因共同作用所致。Objective To study the molecular mechanisms of Klebsiella pneumoniae resistant to imipenem, so as to pro- vide reference for reasonable selection of antimicrobials. Methods Antimicrobial susceptibility was evaluated by disk diffusion test (KB)method, select the imipenem resistant strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae, and amplified using PCR method to detect the resis- tant genes. Results The Klebsiella pneumoniae resistant to most common drug- sensitive drugs, detection of AmpC enzyme was positive,but result of ESBLs was negative.Among of drug resistance genes, TEM, DHA, aac(6′) -Ⅰ ,ant(3″) -Ⅰ , qacE△ 1 - sul T are positiveo Conclusion
