摘　　要：本文介绍了TCP协议的特点,阐述了聊天私聊的实现思想,用Win32汇编语言的WinSock API函数实现了基于TCP协议的聊天私聊。Briefly introduced the characteristics of the TCP protocol,and expounded the realization of the private chat thoughts,a private chat based on the TCP protocol is realizated by WinSock API function of Win32 assembly language.
