摘　　要：指出了导引绳"不落地"展放的施工工艺成为未来放线施工技术的主要发展方向,遥控飞艇展放初级导引绳为创新型施工方法,该方法成为解决以往跨越施工需要投入大量人力物力的难题的方法之一。阐述了"遥控飞艇展放初级导引绳施工方法"的施工特点,分析了此方法的工艺原理和操作流程,提出在施工作业时应采取相应的安全措施和环保措施,以及此项施工技术带来的经济效益。The construction technique of transmission line expansion without landing is the development direction of line expansion technique in the future. Expanding the line by remote control airship is an innovative technique, which is superior to the traditional construction method that requires massive resources and labor. In this paper, the features of the new method are illustrated and its working principles and operation process are analyzed. Safety measures and environmental protection measures in the construction process are proposed.
