摘　　要：尽管文字处理程序、搜索引擎、社交网络、电子邮件系统、手机和应用程序等等一系列消费类信息技术产品已经深入到现代生活的方方面面,但是临床医生却似乎发现自己仿佛身处没有互联网的时代,发展滞后的电子病历系统要求医生必须置身完整而专业化的环境中才能完成工作任务……事实上,医疗卫生领域的信息技术与其他行业的信息产品并不存在本质上的不同,那些被其他行业所广泛采用的客户关系、网页应用和安全的云端数据存储等等技术完全可以应用于医药行业;相信经过适当准备过程,一些创新产品将迅速上市,开启后电子病历时代。It is a widely accepted myth that medicine requires complex, highly specialized information-technology (IT) systems. This myth continues to justify soaring IT costs, burdensome physician workloads, and stagnation in innovation — while doctors become increasingly bound to documentation and communication products that are functionally decades behind those they use in their 'civilian' life. Even as consumer IT — word-processing programs, search engines, social networks, e-mail systems, mobile phones and apps, music players, gaming platforms — has become deeply integrated into the fabric of modern life, physicians find themselves locked into pre–Internet-era electronic health records (EHRs) that aspire to provide complete and specialized environments for diverse tasks.
