摘　　要：目的探讨出院带药保障流程模式,提高患者的整体满意度。方法结合成本分析对出院带药保障流程模式进行探讨。结果三个方案成本差别不大,均能简化患者出院带药取药流程。结论方案一更适合我院实际情况,将使患者出院带药流程更加顺畅。Objective To explore the assurance process for discharged medication, so as to improve the overall patients＇ satisfaction. Methods The assurance process for discharged medication was explored with cost analysis. Results There is no significant difference in cost between 3 working models, which can all simplify the medication pick-up when patients are discharged. Conclusion The first procedure is more suitable for the hospital to make the discharge more smoothly.
