摘 要:采用NaOH溶液对木粉(WF)进行表面处理,经一步模压法制备聚氯乙烯(PVC)/处理WF复合泡沫塑料,研究热处理的温度和时间对其密度、吸水性、吸油性、尺寸稳定性、力学性能以及微观形貌等方面的影响。结果表明:随着热处理温度的升高,PVC/处理WF复合泡沫塑料的吸水率和吸油率均明显降低,线性收缩率先下降后提高;随着热处理时间的增加,PVC/处理WF复合泡沫塑料的密度和线性收缩率均大幅减小,吸水率、吸油率和拉伸强度先增大后减小。With NaOH solution as surface treatment reagents of WF, PVC/WF composite foaming plastics were prepared by compression molding. Effects of the heat treatment temperature and time on density,water absorption, oil absorption, dimensional stability,mechanical properties and microstructure of PVC/WF composite foaming plas-tics were studied. The results indicate that water absorption rate and oil absorption rate significantly reduce. And the linear shrinkage rate reduces first,then increase with the increase of the heat treatment temperature. With the increase of the heat treatment time, the density and linear shrinkage rate greatly reduce. The water absorption rate and oil absorption rate first increase, then decrease.
