摘  要:为了对冰草的亲缘关系进行判定,试验采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对17个冰草品种进行酯酶(EST)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)3种同工酶分析。结果表明:3种同工酶的聚类分析将17个冰草品种分为3类:第1类为蒙农杂种、蒙农1号、蒙古-1、扁穗冰草;第2类为保加利亚沙生和俄罗斯沙生冰草;第3类为蒙古-2、沙生、蒙古-3、冰草3-2小区、高山、绒毛、光穗、中间、细茎、大庆齐家扁穗、山西偏关县冰草。说明保加利亚沙生和俄罗斯沙生、沙生、蒙古-3和冰草3-2小区这2组冰草的相似性系数最大,亲缘关系最近。To determine the phylogenetic relationship of crested wheatgrass, Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis technology was used to analyze and determine the three Isozymes including peroxidase, catalase and esterase from the seventeen types of crested wheatgrass. The results show that the seventeen types of crested wheatgrass were divided into three categories by clustering analysis of the three isozymes. The first category included Mengnong hybrid crested wheatgrass, Mengnong - 1 crested wheatgrass, Mongolian wheatgrass - 1, crested wheatgrass. The second category included Bulgarian Agropyron desertorum( Fisch. ) Scht^lt. and Russian Agropyron desertorum( Fisch. ) SchulL The third category includ- ed Mongolian wheatgrass - 2, Agropyron desertorum ( Fisch. ) Schult. , Mongolian wheatgrass - 3, 3 - 2 Xiaoqu crested wheatgrass, mountain crested wheatgrass, Rongmao crested wheatgrass, Guangsui crested wheatgrass, Zhongjian crested wheatgrass, Slender crested wheatgrass, Daqing Qijia crested wheatgrass, Shanxi Pianguan crested whcatgrass. The results indicate that the similarity coefficients are the biggest among Bulgarian Agropyron desertorum( Fisch. ) Schult. and Russian Agropyron desertorum ( Fisch. ) Schult, Agropyron desertorum ( Fisch. ) Schult, Mon- golian wheatgrass -3 and 3 -2 Xiaoqu crested wheatgrass, showing the closest phylogenetic relationships.
