摘  要:对于诺维信新产品Cellusoft Combi,一种生物复合酶,介绍了其在纯棉针织布上除氧、抛光、染色一浴法工艺。结果显示,Cellusoft Combi一浴法工艺与传统除氧、抛光、染色工艺的抛光效果接近;以生产加工1t纯棉针织布、浴rLl:10为例计算,传统工艺总助剂成本300.5元,CellusoftCombi浴法工艺总助剂成本435.0元;传统工艺总能耗成本465.0元,CellusoftCombi浴法工艺总能耗成本为106.5元。因此,CellusoftCombi一浴法工艺比传统工艺综合成本降低近29%左右,且加工时间缩短约1.0-1.5h左右。This paper describe a new products of Novozymes Cellusoft Combi which is a kind of biological compound enzymes.It introduces the oxygen removal,polishing and dyeing one-bath process of Cellusoft Combi on pure cotton knitted fabric.The results show that polishing effect of Cellusoft Combi one-bath process is close to that of traditional oxygen removal,polishing,dyeing process;as examples,we calculate the cost of producing one ton pure cotton knitted fabric with bath ratio of 1∶10,total auxiliary of the traditional process cost 300.5 yuan,total auxiliary of Cellusoft Combi one bath process cost 435.0 yuan;total energy consumption of the traditional process cost 465.0 yuan,while total energy consumption of Cellusoft Combi one bath process cost only 106.5 yuan.Therefore,compared with traditional process,the comprehensive cost of Cellusoft Combi one-bath process decreases by nearly 29% or so,and the processing time is shorten about 1.0~1.5 h.
