北斗导航系统科普媒介开发实践及其支持系统构建思考

摘　　要：科普媒介作为将科学知识、技术及其文化传递给社会公众的信息通道,是北斗卫星导航产业这座"大厦"建设过程需要同期设计与修建的重要"管道设施"。时至北斗区域导航系统初长成的今天,很有必要着手调研北斗科普工作情况与需求,探索能够达成理想科普效果的科普媒介的开发及其支持系统的构建方法。为此,采用问卷调查法分析北斗科普媒介的需求情况,以此为依据借助Photoshop和CorelDraw设计开发科普台历作品并进行效果评估。最后,基于调研分析及开发实践研究的启发和再思考,针对科普媒介应用支持系统构建提出立体化开发科普宣传媒介,多渠道筹措科普应用经费,全方位搭建科普平台的相关对策建议。In this paper, questionnaire method is used to get the demanded situation of the science popularization medium of Compass Navigation System. Based on the survey, science popularization desk calendar by means of Pho- toshop and CorelDraw was designed and developed and with the design works, effect was assessed. Finally, aiming at science popularization medium support system construction, some relevant countermeasures and suggestions such as： developing three - dimensional science popularization medium, raising application funds of multi - channel and put- ting up omni directional platform, are put forward according to the investigation analysis and the enlightenment and rethinking of the development practice research.
