摘 要:以3,3′,4,4′-二联苯四羧酸二酐、4,4′-二氨基二苯醚、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺为主要原材料,采用复合膜化法,制成聚酰亚胺膜分离材料。经测试,该膜分离材料耐热分解温度达321.9℃,对常见的有机化学试剂的侵蚀均有不同程度的抵抗作用,对氢气分离具有高的选择能力,氢气的渗透体积分数达98.5%。With composite membrane method, polyimide membrane separation materials were made by 3,3', 4,4'-biphenyl tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride, 4,4'-diamino-diphenyl ether, N, N-di-methyl acetamide as main raw materials. The test results showed that the materials heat decomposition temperature was 321.9 ℃, and the materials was able to prevent different extent of erosion to common organic chemical reagents. The separation materials had a high selectivity for hydrogens separation, and its penetration volume fraction ofhydrogens was 98.5%.
