摘　　要：分析了餐具盒塑料件的结构及设计了热流道注射模具,详细介绍了热流道注射模具浇注系统结构设计、尺寸计算、热流道板形式和热功率计算、热流道板线膨胀补偿计算及在模具设计时应注意的问题。结果表明,模具设计方案合理、结构紧凑、动作可靠。The structure of plastic parts of tableware box was analyzed and the injection mould with hot runner was designed. The feed system structure design of the injection mould with hot runner, dimension calculation, hot runner plate form and compensation calculation for linear expansion of hot runner plate and problems needing attention were introduced detailly. The results showed that the mold design was reasonable, it had compact structure and reliable action.
