摘 要:运用机械混合结合尼龙(PA)6与金属钨制备了环保无铅高能射线屏蔽材料。利用简支梁冲击试验机、差示扫描量热仪等手段分别研究了X射线辐照前后的复合材料的冲击性能、显微组织及PA6的结晶与熔融行为。研究发现,老化后复合材料的冲击性能、熔融温度和结晶温度下降,材料的密度提高,钨的加入抑制了辐照对复合材料冲击性能和结晶性能的影响,起到了保护基体的作用。By coating tungsten particles with polyamide(PA)6, with the method of mechanical mixing PA6 /tungsten high- energy ray shielding material was prepared. This kind of material was lead-free and friendly to environment. The impact property, crystallization and melting behaviors of the material before and after X-ray irradiation were studied respectively with the charpy impact test machine and differential scanning calorimetry etc. The results showed that the impact strength, melting temperature and the crystallization temperature of the material after aging declined. The meterial density increased, and the additive of tungsten restrained the influence of irradiation on impact properties and crystallization behaviors of the material and it played the role of protecting PA 6.
