复方血栓通软胶囊联合递法明对糖耐量受损人群视功能改善的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨复方血栓通软胶囊联合递法明对糖耐量受损(IGT)人群视功能的改善效果。方法选择30例(60只眼)糖耐量受损人群为治疗组,年龄、性别相匹配的30例(60眼)血糖正常者为对照组。应用复方血栓通软胶囊联合递法明对IGT组进行治疗,于治疗前后对两组分别进行视野检查,以30°视野检查结果的平均损害值(MD)为分析指标,对结果进行统计学检验。结果治疗前,治疗组MD较对照组高(3.159±1.345,1.782±1.212,P<0.05),治疗后MD下降(3.159±1.345,1.892±1.051,P<0.05),与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.123>0.05)。结论IGT患者较正常人视野MD高,即视网膜功能已有损害,递法明与复方血栓通胶囊联合治疗,可明显改善IGT患者的视功能损害。Objective To observe the efficacy of complex Xueshuantong capsules and Difrarel on improvement of visual function in pa- tients with impaired glucose tolerance （IGT）. Methods Thirty patients （60 eyes） with IGT were allocated in treatment group and 30 healthy vol- unteers （60 eyes） with normal blood level of glucose were selected as control group. Complex Xueshuantong capsules, Difrarel （400 mg per tab- let） and vitamin B1 were administrated for patients in treatment group, and vitamin B1 was administrated in volunteers of control group. Visual field was detected before and after treatment for three therapeutic courses, the mean defect （MD）of visual field had been compared and analyzed. Results Before the treatment, the value of MD of visual field in patients of treatment group was higher than that of control group （3. 159 ± 1. 345, 1. 782 ± 1. 212, P = O. 022）. After 3 courses of treatment, the value of MD was decreased （3. 159 ± 1. 345 vs 1. 892 ± 1.051, P = 0. 032）. The difference in value of MD between these two groups was not statistically significant （ P = 0. 123 ） after treatment. Conclusion （1）The value of MD of visual field in patients with IGT was higher than normal persons, in other words, impaired visual function has already been existed in patients with IGT. （±）The combination treatment with complex Xueshuantong capsules and Difrarel can effectively reduce MD of visual field, then they may improve the visual function of patients with IGT.
