摘  要:目的建立高温高湿环境下兔脑单纯爆炸伤模型,探讨早期一氧化氮(NO)、诱生型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)和氧自由基含量变化规律。方法 30只成年新西兰大白兔随机分为3组,在高温高湿自然环境下分别给予空白对照、单纯开颅手术及单纯爆炸伤模型处理,伤后6 h分别检测血清NO、iNOS和氧自由基含量,并进行组间比较。结果与对照组相比,爆炸伤组、开颅组的NO与iNOS的含量显著升高(P<0.05),总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)的含量显著降低(P<0.01),差异具有统计学意义。结论新建兔脑单纯爆炸伤模型简单,规范,适用性强。高温高湿环境下伤后早期血清NO、iNOS和氧自由基含量显著变化,符合颅脑火器伤后此3项指标的代谢规律。Objective To explore early change in oxygen free radicals, and to establish a simple model of brain blast injury in rabbits un- der hot and humid environment. Methods Thirty New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into three groups including blank control, simple craniotomy and simple blast injury model in hot and humid natural environment, then serum levels of NO, iNOS and oxygen free radicals were examined at 6 hours after injury and results of these three groups were detected and compared. Results In comparison with blank group, ser- um levels of NO and iNOS in blast injury group and simple eraniotomy group were significantly increased ( P 〈0.05 ) , while serum level of T- SOD was significantly decreased, and their difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 O. 01 ). Conclusion The new blast injury model of rabbit brain is simple, standard with high applicability. The early significant change in serum levels of NO, iNOS and oxygen free radicals after injury in hot and humid environment of South Fujian are coincident with the metabolic rule of three indexes after craniocerabral firearm injury.
