医院洁净区域防渗水处理技术探讨

摘　　要：医院洁净区域作为有净化等级要求的密闭区域,一直以来都是医院基建维修的难点。尤其是墙体、吊顶、地坪内渗水漏水的检查、维修存在很多盲区。文章通过对渗水原因的4项分析,找出医院洁净区域渗水的原因,并论述了相应的技术处理方案,旨在为医院基建管理提出新思路,共同为医院高效率、低成本运行提供新举措。As a sealed area, which is required with a standard of depuration levels, hospital clean area has aiways been a terrible trouble to protection, maintenance and infrastructure of the hospital. There are quite a lot of blind zones, especially existing in the examination and preservation for wall body, sprung roof, water seepage and leakage. Analyzing the cause of leakage, this article attempts to explain why hospital clean area should be treated with an impermeable water technology. Furthermore about relevant technical plans, a discussion which aims to come up with new ideas for the management of hospital-infrastructure, is to be held with the participation of the profession, To make hospital perform efficiently and inexpensively, new methods are also to be made.
