摘　　要：膏方是中药传统制剂的一种,采用膏方进补防治中医外科疾病具有悠久历史与良好疗效。中医外科领域运用膏方需注意辨病与辨证相结合、标本兼顾、顾护胃气、培元补肾、求和图渐;同时需慎选辅料与膏剂,注意合理饮食与生活调摄。Herbal paste is a kind of traditional preparation of Chinese medicine. Applying herbal paste to prevent and cure the surgical diseases has long history and good effects. To apply herbal paste in traditional Chinese medical surgery field the following aspects need to be paid attention, such as combining syndrome differentiation with disease differentiation, considering the root and the branch, protecting stomach-qi, building up the vigor and tonifying the kidney, and prescribing mild herbs. Meanwhile, the adjuvant material and paste should be selected carefully, and the diet and life customs should be paid attention to.
