摘 要:通过分析粉状震源药柱装药工艺过程及其要求,确定了自动装药机的总体方案。采用定容装药及分步压装药思想,研究并设计了炸药计量及下料机构、凸轮分割机构、管壳抓取机构、振动压实机构等。试验结果表明:分步压装药能有效保证装药密度一致性和均匀性,整机装药质量精度为(1000±35)g,装药密度精度为(1±0.05)g/cm3,能满足粉状震源药柱生产工艺连续化、自动化的需要。The overall structure of an automatic loading device was presented based on the analysis for the filling-in process of powder seismic charge and demands for quality and security consideration. Several key structures such as gauging and laying-off unit, cam split unit, grabbing pipe unit, vibrating and compacting unit were studied and constructed through the employment of the constant capacity charging and the partial pressure charging ideologies. The experimental results showed that the partial pressure charging can effectively ensure the consistency and the homogeneity of loading density, a weight precision of powder charge of ( 1000 ± 35 ) g, a density precision of powder charge of ( 1±0.05 ) g/cm3, which meet the requirement of the continuous and automatic manufacture process of powder seismic charge.
