摘  要:采用线栓法制造大鼠大脑中动脉阻断(Middle Cerebral Artery Occlusion,MCAO)脑卒中模型,研究当归注射液在抗脑缺血方面的药效学作用.结果显示,大鼠静脉输注(iv)当归注射液(2、4、8g/kg)可剂量依赖性改善受损的神经功能,与模型对照组相比,神经功能受损程度分别降低了10.8%、20.0%、30.8%;脑梗死面积分别缩小了26.0%、45.9%、71.3%;脑水肿抑制率分别为41.2%、82.4%、88.2%;脑膜微循环血流量均有不同程度的改善,同时证明具有抗脂质过氧化作用.以上结果表明,当归注射液具有明显的抗脑缺血保护作用,其机制可能与减轻脑缺血后海马神经元的损坏,改善脑部血液循环,促进脑生理机能的恢复,提高超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide Dis-mutase,SOD)的活性,同时使脑缺血大鼠脑组织丙二醛(Malondialdehyde,MDA)的含量下降有关.The study is to observe Angelica injection on the function of cerebral ischemia protection.By suture method in rats induced by middle cerebral artery occlusion(Middle Cerebral Artery Occlusion,MCAO) stroke model,evaluation of Angelica injection on cerebral ischemia in terms of the pharmacodynamic effect.The rat intravenous infusion of Angelica sinensis injection(2,4,8 g/kg) may be dose-dependent improvement of impaired nerve function,compared with model control group,nerve function impairment were decreased by 10.8%,20%,30.8% respectively;cerebral infarction area is reduced by 26.0%,45.9%,71.3%;brain edema inhibition rate respectively 41.2%,82.4%,88.2%;Meningeal microcirculation blood flow were improved to different degrees,and at the same time proved to have anti-lipid peroxidation.Angelica injection has obvious anti-cerebral ischemia protective effects,its mechanism may be associated with reduced hippocampal neuronal damage after cerebral ischemia,improve cerebral blood circulation,promote the recovery of brain physiology,increased superoxide dismutase(Superoxide Dismutase,SOD) activity,while the cerebral ischemia of rat brain tissue malondialdehyde(Malondialdehyde,MDA) content related to decline.
