试论易经与先秦法家思想的渊源关系

摘　　要：易经作为中华民族思想的源头,对先秦诸子百家思想的形成具有很大的影响。法家思想与易经之间也应存在一定的渊源关系,然而人们对这一问题却始终没有给予足够的关注。这既与中国传统思想以儒学为主导有关,还与近代西学东渐以来对中国传统思想的认识有关,又与现代中国学界无意识地受到了西方思维范式的支配有关。易经对先秦法家思想的渊源性影响至少包括哲学思维、政治统治观念以及犯罪及刑罚观等方面。As the headstream of thoughts of Chinese nation,Yi Jing greatly influences the formation of thoughts of different scholars and schools in the pre-Qin dynasty.Thus there ought to be certain original relation between thoughts of the Fa school and Yi Jing.However people haven＇t paid enough attention to this issue.It is related to the tradition of Confucianism＇s dominate position in Chinese history,and also to the formed conception of Chinese traditional thoughts.And it is related to the domination of thinking paradigm from the west in present Chinese learning circle as well.The influences on the thoughts of Fa school from Yi Jing at lest contains：philosophical thinking,political ruling ideas and ideas about crime and punishment.
