摘　　要：以我国中部地区公共图书馆为例,分析公共图书馆数字参考咨询服务本地化管理现状,从人力资源、管理机制、服务方式等方面对公共图书馆数字参考咨询服务本地化管理进行探讨,以寻求数字参考咨询服务管理本地化发展的合理性。Taking public libraries in central regions of China as examples,this paper analyses the localized management status of public library digital reference service,and discusses the localized management of public library digital reference service from the aspects of human resources,management mechanisms and service ways,in order to seek the rationality of digital reference service management localization development.
