摘　　要：选取重庆市10所有代表性的大学图书馆馆员为调查对象,通过对馆员背景、馆员职业困惑的现状、困惑的具体方面、困惑的原因等信息的调查与采集,着重分析馆员产生职业困惑的成因,并从中寻求解决的对策。Taking ten university libraries in Chongqing as investigated targets,this paper analyzes the librarians＇ occupation perplexity in particular,and tries to look for some measures by investigating and studying librarians′ backgrounds,the present situation of occupation perplexity,occupation perplexity concrete sides and the reasons.
