摘　　要：本文论述了一种基于USB接口51单片机AT89S51/52/53的ISP在线编程设计方案,重点讨论了由CH341芯片实现的USB-SPI硬件接口转换电路及VB上位机编程软件的设计。该方案硬件电路简单实用,并具有成本低、体积小、功耗低和可靠性高等特点,具有较好的推广价值。The paper presents a design of 51 microcontroller AT89S51/52/53 in system programming base on USB interface,emphasis on the hardware design of USB-SPI interface circuit and the design of PC software for microcontroller programming by VB.The design has many advantages such as small size,low power consumption,high reliability etc.It is very valuable in the applications of 51 microcontroller and is worth references as well.
