摘  要:针对我国鲕状赤铁矿储量大、品位低、难提难选的现状,运用管式炉和小型循环流化床装置,对新疆某鲕状赤铁矿进行了磁化焙烧—弱磁选试验研究。固定床磁化焙烧结果表明:在还原性气氛中,将粒径分布于74μm~250μm的铁矿石5g在700℃恒温焙烧50 min,经水淬、除渣、研磨后,运用湿式磁选管在139.22kA/m磁场强度下对焙烧矿物进行弱磁选,可将铁品位由原矿的38.25%提至53.28%;而在同样的实验条件下,运用循环流化床局部还原性气氛磁化焙烧100g铁矿石只需15min,并获得铁品位55.96%,TFe回收率71.59%的选别指标。因而证明利用循环流化床的局部还原性气氛提质铁矿石不仅是可行的,而且可以有效地提高磁化焙烧效率。For the current situation that with large reserves and lower grade in our country,oolitic hematite is difficult to be purified,we made use of the devices involving tube furnace and Circulating Fluidized Bed to do experiments on roasting-magnetic separation of Xinjiang oolitic hematite.The results of magnetic roasting of hematite in tube furnace show that after 50 minutes roasting of the iron ore whose size is at 74 μ m~250 μ m with the weight 5g at the temperature 700℃ in local reducing atmosphere,we did water quenching,slag removal and grinding,and then used wet type magnetic tube to separate the iron ore with the magnetic induction 139.22kA /m,grade of iron ore can be raised from 38.25% to 53.28%; but in the same situation,to finish magnetic roasting of iron ore with the weight 100g is only 5minutes needed in local reducing atmosphere of Circulating Fluidized Bed,the grade 55.96% and iron recovery rate 71.59% of iron ore can be obtained.So that the use of circulating fluidized bed to improve the quality of iron ore in local reducing atmosphere is not only feasible,but also can raise the roasting efficiency.
