回转式空气预热器在330MW循环流化床上的运行分析

摘　　要：从换热特性,阻力特性,漏风控制特性,负荷特性等方面分析了四分仓回转式空气预热器在330MW循环流化床上的运行特性,提出了间隙自动跟踪投运方式,并针对左右侧排烟温度偏差和主辅电机配置提出了改进建议。Based on the aspects of heat transfer performance,resistance force,air Leakage Control System and load carrying capacity,the operation properties of quad-sector rotary air preheater on 330 MW circulating fluidized bed boiler were analyzed.And the operation method of leakage control system was put forward.In order to reduce the exhaust gas temperature deviation between the left side and the right side,and improve system reliability of rotary air preheater with main and auxiliary motors,recommendations for improvement were both extended.
