摘　　要：人的社会行为是受社会心理支配的。积极的社会心理有助于化解社会矛盾,促进干群关系的和谐发展,而消极的社会心理则可能导致干群冲突,危及社会稳定。在利益多元化的现阶段,焦躁的社会心理、不公平感增强、部分群众对政府和干部的信任弱化,对干群关系起着负面的催化作用。因此,应通过提高群众心理素质,建立有效的社会心理支持系统,建立健全政府与群众之间的信任机制,不断提高群众的心理承受能力,努力营造有利于干群关系和谐发展的社会心理环境。Positive social Psychology helps defuse social contradictions and maintain harmonious relations between cadres and the masses,while negative social psychology might lead to conflicts between cadres and the masses,harming social stability.At this stage featured by pluralized interests,impatient social psychology,the increased sense of unfairness and some people placing little trust in the government and cadres are playing negative parts in maintaining good relations between cadres and the masses.Therefore,we should make efforts to create a socio-psychological environment conducive to maintaining harmonious relations between cadres and the masses by enhancing psychological quality of the masses,establishing an effective socio-psychological support system,establishing and improving a trust mechanism between the government and the masses,and constantly improving the masses＇ psychological endurance.
