异地条件下导师与研究生和谐关系的构建——以吉首大学为例

摘　　要：导师和研究生处于异地状态对于构建和谐的师生关系会产生一些不利影响。在异地条件下,要想构建和谐的师生关系,必须努力做好以下四方面工作:一是导师和研究生要利用有限的见面机会进行沟通交流;二是要鼓励研究生参与导师的课题研究,在学术研究和指导过程中增进师生感情;三是要运用现代通讯工具保持日常联系,特别是要学会使用互联网工具进行沟通交流;四是办学单位要为异地师生的交流提供必要的资金支持和物质条件,并在研究生教学和学术活动安排上充分考虑师生异地因素。In order to maintain harmonious relations with their tutor who lives and works in other part of the country,postgraduates should make efforts to seize limited opportunities of meeting with their tutor to communicate with him,actively participate in study of the tutor＇s questions,promoting sentiments towards each other,and use modern means of communication to keep in contact with the tutor.And the authority running the school should provide necessary financial support and material conditions.
