摘　　要：目的:观察血必净注射液治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)的疗效和安全性。方法:将172例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,2组均给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用血必净注射液治疗。观察2组患者主要症状、体征及肺通气功能变化情况。结果:2组症状、体征及肺通气功能均有改善,治疗组的改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:血必净注射液治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期(AECOPD)具有良好的疗效和安全性。Objective:To observe the effectiveness and the safety of Xuebijing Zhusheye on the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods:172patients were randomly divided into one treatment group and one control group.The patients of the two groups were given routine western medicine treatment but the patients in the treatment group were added with Xuebijing Zhusheye therapy.The main symptoms,body signs and lung ventilation function changes of the patients were observed.Results:The symptoms,body signs and lung ventilation function of the patients improved after the treatment.The effectiveness of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xuebijing Zhusheye has a good effectiveness and safety on the treatment of AECOPD patients.
