摘  要:目的调查海口地区健康成年人25-羟基维生素D3〔25(OH)D3〕水平分布状态,确立25(OH)D3缺乏定值,了解海口地区健康成年人25(OH)D3的缺乏情况,并探讨生活方式干预对血清25(OH)D3水平的影响。方法入选的1 991例受试者均为参加体检健康者,年龄18~98岁,分为18~30、31~40、41~50、51~60、>60岁5个年龄组。从18~30岁组中选取室内职业工作人员与户外职业工作人员各30例,采用电化学发光法测定其血清25(OH)D3水平;选择<10、<12、<15μg/L不同测定值,计算低25(OH)D3状态。对部分室内职业工作人员组进行生活方式干预,并跟踪随访,3个月后再次检测25(OH)D3水平。结果 (1)依据<10、<12、<15μg/L 3个定值,低25(OH)D3发生率分别为30.5%、38.7%、71.3%。将<10、<12μg/L定值分别定为25(OH)D3缺乏和不足的定值,符合整体人群状态。(2)18~30岁组、31~40岁组及41~50岁组各组内男女25(OH)D3水平间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);51~60岁组和>60岁组的男性25(OH)D3水平高于同年龄组女性,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。18~30岁组男、女25(OH)D3水平和31~40岁组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);41~50岁组、51~60岁组和>60岁组男、女25(OH)D3水平均低于18~30岁组和31~40岁组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。25(OH)D3水平与年龄呈负相关(r=-0.367,P<0.01)。(3)在18~30岁组、31~40岁组、51~60岁组、>60岁组,女性25(OH)D3缺乏率均明显高于男性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而41~50岁组,男女25(OH)D3缺乏率间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(4)室内职业工作人员组25(OH)D3水平低于户外职业工作人员组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。室内职业工作人员组经生活方式干预后25(OH)D3水平较干预前明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论海口地区健康成年人存在较为严重的25(OH)D3缺乏状况,25(OH)D3营养状况青壮年优于中老年、男性优于女性,生活方式干预能显著�Objective To investigate the 25-hydroxyvitamin D3(25(OH)D3) level in healthy adult population in Haikou,capital city of Hainan Province,China.Methods Totally 1 991 subjects aged 18 to 98 years were enrolled in this study and divided into five age groups(18~30,31~40,41~50,51~60,and 60 years of age).Furthermore,30 subjects who were engaged in indoor occupations or outdoor occupations were selected from the 18~30 age group.Serum 25(OH)D3 level was determined by electrochemiluminescence method.The indoor occupation group was given lifestyle intervention,and a follow-up visit was arranged 3 months later for detection of the 25(OH)D3 level.The low 25(OH)D3 status was calculated using three cutoff values(10 μg/L,12 μg/L,and 15 μg/L).Results At the three cutoff levels(10 μg/L,12 μg/L,and 15 μg/L),the rate of low 25(OH)D3 level was 30.5%、38.7%and 71.3%,respectively,with significant difference between the 10 μg/L and 12 μg/L groups,which was respectively set as the 25(OH)D3 deficiency and insufficiency cutoff level,which was consistent with the status in the whole population.In the 18~30 age group,31~40 age group,and 41~50 age group the 25(OH)D3 level showed no significant differences between men and women(P 0.05).In the 51~60 age group and 60 age group,men had significantly higher 25(OH)D3 levels than women(P0.05).In the 18~30 age group and 31~40 age group,the females,males 25(OH)D3 levels were not statistically significant(P0.05).In the 41~50 years group,51~60 age group,and 60 group,the female,male 25(OH)D3 levels were significantly lower than the 18~30 age group and 31~40 age group(P0.05).The 25(OH)D3 level was negatively correlated with age(r=-0.367,P0.01).Except in the 41~50 age group,the 25(OH)D3 deficiency rate was significantly higher in women than in men(P0.05).Subjects with an indoor occupation had significantly lower 25(OH)D3 levels than those with an outdoor occupation(P0.01).After lifestyle intervention,th
