绞股蓝总甙片联合山楂精降脂片治疗高效抗逆转录病毒治疗后血脂异常的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的观察绞股蓝总甙片联合山楂精降脂片治疗高效抗逆转录病毒治疗(HAART)后血脂异常的疗效。方法将60例HAART后血脂异常的艾滋病患者随机分为试验组(40例)和对照组(20例)。试验组给予绞股蓝总甙片和山楂精降脂片,两药均为1片/次,3次/d;对照组给予阿托伐他汀钙片,1片/次,1次/d。两组均连续服药6周。比较两组服药前后血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平。结果治疗前两组间TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C水平间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,试验组TC、TG和HDL-C高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组LDL-C水平间差异无统计学意义(P=0.06)。结论绞股蓝总甙片联合山楂精降脂片可改善HAART后血脂异常,降低TC和TG的效果不及阿托伐他汀钙片,降低LDL-C的效果与阿托伐他汀钙片接近,提高HDL-C的效果优于阿托伐他汀钙片。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Jiaogulanzongdai Tablet combined with Shanzhajing Tablet on HAART-associated dyslipidemia.Methods 60 AIDS patients with HAART-associated dyslipidemia were randomly divided into experimental group（40 cases） and control group（20 cases）.The patients in the experimental group were given Jiaogulanzongdai Tablets and Shanzhajing Tablets,1 tablet a time PO and 3 times daily for 6 weeks.The patients in the control group were given Atorvastation Calcium Tablets,1 tablet a time PO and 1 time daily for 6 weeks.Serum total cholesterol（TC）,triglyceride（TG）,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C） and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C） were detected and compared before and after treatment between the two groups.Results The blood lipid indicators before treatment between the two groups showed no statistically significant differences（P0.05）.After treatment,the levels of TC,TG and HDL-C in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group（P0.05）.The LDL-C between the two groups showed no statistically significant difference（P=0.06）.Conclusion Jiaogulanzongdai Tablet combined with Shanzhajing Tablet can improve HAART-associated dyslipidemia.This regimen is less efficient in lowering TC and TG,and similar efficient in lowering LDL-C and more efficient in raising HDL-C compared with Atorvastation Calcium Tablet.
