摘  要:为了解决大差速比平地机离合器接合过程中车辆冲击和摩擦片温升问题,采用系统动力学方法,运用ADAMS软件建立了大差速比离合器接合过程的动力学模型,研究了换挡过程中油压上升速度以及油压大小对车辆冲击加速度和离合器滑摩功的影响规律。为了改善离合器的接合性能,以平地机设计许用加速度为依据,以减小滑摩功为目标,提出了油压快速上升和慢速上升两阶段控制方案,为平地机离合器的设计提供依据。仿真结果表明:离合器的滑摩功随着油压上升速度的增加而减小,冲击加速度随着油压上升速度的增加而增大;离合器的滑摩功随着接合油压的增大而减小,冲击加速度随着接合油压的增大而增大。同时,试验结果验证了理论模型的正确性及所提出控制方法的可行性。In order to solve the contradiction between the impact of vehicle and the high tempera- ture caused by the engagement process of motor grader clutch, a dynamics model of engagement process of big differential speed ratio clutch was established with ADAMS software, and the law of the loading speed and the magnitude of hydraulic oil impacting on the acceleration and the slipped friction power was studied by this model. To improve the performance of clutch engage- ment, based on the designing acceleration of the graders, in order to minimize the slipped friction power, two phase loading strategy was proposed, and the buffer phase was divided into a fast- loading phase and a slow-loading phase, to provide the reference for the designing of the graders. The results show that the slipped friction power decreases with the increase of the loading speed of the hydraulic oil, but the acceleration increases with the increase of the loading speed. The slipped friction power decreases with the increase of the pressure of the movement of engage- ment, but the acceleration increases with the increase of the pressure. The reliability of the modeland the feasibility of the proposed control strategy are verified. 3 tabs, 12 figs, 14 refs.
