摘 要:人力资本是人力资源管理的核心,通过把握港口企业人力资本的特点,构建港口企业人力资本指标体系,运用SPSS软件将繁多的指标体系进行主成分分析,得到人力资本保留因素和人力资本增值因素,并分别对两个主成分给予阐述。降维以达到对人力资本现状清晰明了,并结合主成分分析图表予以解释说明。文中最后给出人力资源管理相关建议:结合以往的物质激励及物质框架内的精神激励,打造独特企业文化与投身海洋文化建设,获取员工归属感与自豪感的双重效用。Human capital is the core of human resource management, Grasp the characteristics of the port enterprise human capital to build the port enterprise human capital index system. We get two principal components, keeping human capital factor and the value - added human capital factor, on the use of SPSS software. After the principal component analysis of the index system, we get the two principal components explained. Reduce dimensionalities to achieve a better know of the status of human capital and explain it with the charts of principal component analysis. In the end, we give the dual utility of human resource management -related recommendations:combine material incentives and spirit incentive within the material framework to create a unique corporate culture and to join the construction of marine culture, access to their sense of belonging and pride.
