摘　　要：军械仓库在弹物流管理活动中扮演着重要角色。军械仓库弹药物流具有区别于民用物流和其他军事物流的突出特点,文中从库存弹药管理、弹药集装化改造和仓库信息化建设等方面提出了加强军械仓库弹药物流管理的对策。Ordnance depot plays an important role in ammunition logistics. Ammunition logistics in ordnance depot has some special characteristics differ from civilian logistics and other military logistics. It puts forward some measures on how to reinforce ammunition logistics in ordnance depot such as storage and management of ammunition, ammunition packaging rebuild, and information building in ordnance depot.
